If you are a Sandman Token Holder, you'll be able to join in phase 1. Else you can join in Phase 2, Public USDC Presale.

Once the presale ends, you will be able to exchange your Delight tokens for Delirium tokens on the same site. This will be done at a 1:1 ratio.
