# How does Presale Work?

## The Presale will consist of 2 phases

If you are a Sandman Token Holder, you'll be able to join in phase 1. Else you can join in Phase 2, Public USDC Presale.

### Phase 1:  VIP Access - Sandman Token Holder Swap

* If you have Sandman Token (Layer 1 Farming Token), you'll be able to swap Sandman Token at a fixed ratio.
* Once the presale ends, you will be able to exchange your Delight tokens for Delirium tokens on the same site. This will be done at a 1:1 ratio.

### Phase 2: Public USDC Presale.
